LCAP AWARDS TWO DIFFERENT SCHOLARSHIPS EACH YEAR.

• Mark Phipps LCAP Memorial Scholarship
  • Since 2005, the Lawn Care Association has awarded an annual scholarship to students pursuing a career in lawn care. In 2006, this award was renamed as the “Mark Phipps LCAP Memorial Scholarship” in honor and memory of Mark W. Phipps, an active member of the lawn care industry and the founding president of LCAP. Each year this scholarship is awarded upon recommendations from the professors at Delaware Valley University, Penn State University and Penn State University – Berks.
• Family Scholarship
  • Lawn Care Association of PA (LCAP) has created a scholarship fund for families of LCAP members that are seeking any type of higher education. We will award 1 to multiple scholarships per year to help support the families in our organization to pay college.

The scholarships will be awarded to an individual or individuals who have displayed academic excellence, in addition to a passionate pursuit of furthered education at a college or university. Individuals are eligible to receive this award one time.
